Some of our competitors will try and sell you Australian tours where their business is run from another country on the computer from home! So even if our competitors have a cheaper quote - you are taking a risk if your monies are not guaranteed, and in any case we may still be able to better any quote.

Cancellation fee:
If cancelled after purchase  - 25% Fee of the Gross amount - deposit is non refundable
If cancelled within 8-30 days prior to departure - 50% Fee of the Gross amount - deposit is non refundable
If cancelled within 7 days prior to departure - 100% Fee of the Gross amount - deposit is non refundable
If cancelled on the day or no show - 100% Fee of the Gross amount - deposit is non refundable

We advise all clients to be covered with Travel Insurance.
